Make and explore music as a group. Our classes use a music first approach. This lets the students learn theory fundamentals through making music together.
A season consists of 9 weekly classes for ages 1-18. Age ranges are flexible and placement is strongly based on the child's musical knowledge and skill. The time and date of the classes are listed below, see our studio schedule (under the "about us" tab) for important dates. If you would like to register, please complete the form below or email us with your questions. Want to see the studio in person? You can book a FREE trial lesson through the "Lessons" page under our "Services" tab.
Please read on for more information on the individual classes, payment information, class commitment, and the registration link.
*Spring 2026 classes starts April 11*
Saturday 9:30AM-10:00AM
30 minute class for toddler and guardian to make music together.
We do circle time, sing songs, learn rhythms, try multiple instruments, and explore all that music has to offer.
A guardian is required to participate and sit with the child.
Recital: due to the nature of this class, there is no recital.
Saturdays 10:00AM-10:45AM FULL register to be added to the waitlist.
OR 10:45AM-11:30AM
45 minute class where we explore sound, exercise our musical ears, and learn the basics of many instruments.
A guardian's participation is as needed, most children need the security for the first season or so. As they are aging out, try to give them more opportunities to experience the class on their own as this will help prepare them for the next age group.
Recital: this class has a recital at the end of each 9 week season. This Chickadees class opens and closes our recital with their hello song and goodbye song, these are songs we sing every class, they end up knowing it really well before the recital date. We use these songs to take some pressure off of performing in front of a group.

At this stage, the students start to learning how to make music in a group without a backtrack.

Tuition fees are due between the 1st-16th of each month, you will receive an emailed invoice on the 1st. The fee will be prorated if joining mid-season.
The monthly amount is calculated by how many classes are in the season divided by the number of months. Holidays and closures are taken into account in this calculation. This means that two months might have a different number of classes but still cost the same.
Monthly Rate = cost for 9 classes / 3 months
The registrant pays the same fee each month regardless of how many classes are attended.
We have three 9-week seasons each year; fall (Oct-Dec), winter (Jan-Mar), and spring (Apr-Jun). We ask that students stay for the whole season, as performance songs are built around the students practicing and performing together. If a client wishes to withdraw or transfer classes mid-season, the attendance won't change until the start of the next season.
Tuition is paid on a monthly basis and is the same rate each month.
Important: Enrolment and billing will roll-over to the next season until summer break of withdrawn.
If you withdraw, billing continues for the rest of the season since the space was reserved for them.
